SurgeX Standalone UPS backup solutions deliver clean continuous power, via online double conversion technology, to ensure the safe shutdown of equipment in the event of an outage. All incoming power is converted from AC to DC and then back to AC. If the main power is interrupted, the batteries are still holding up the incoming DC supply to the inverter, so the load continues to be supplied with absolutely no interruption whatsoever. The zero transfer time guarantees mission critical equipment remains up and running.

The UPS Standalone solutions are available in 2000, 3000, and 6000 VA configurations with hot swappable internal batteries to ensure maintenance can be performed without powering down connected equipment. All three UPS power supply solutions have extended scalable runtimes of up to 8 hours via self-charging extended battery packs.

The UPS-17302-60R shall be a two-rack-space unit in a magnetic shielding steel enclosure. It shall operate from 240 volts AC and have an IEC C20 input for the cord. There shall be 4 grounded IEC320-C13, 2 of which are programable and 1 IEC320-C19 AC receptacles on the back panel. Overall dimensions shall be 438 mm W x 685 mm D x 86 mm H. Weight shall be 37.65 kg. The UPS-17302-60R shall have a total combined load rating of 14.4 amps at 240 volts, with up to 2700W/3000VA available at the outlets. The unit shall have an LCD, over voltage shutdown, under voltage shutdown, and no transfer time. It shall have monitoring and control functions via wired USB and optional SNMP card.
